B2B SaaS SEO Consultant
Helping B2B SaaS Companies Grow Their Revenue, Leads, and Traffic All Through SEO
Grow MRR and Organic Traffic Without the Regular Headache
If you’re looking for a B2B SaaS SEO consultant that does more than generate worthless organic search traffic and rankings, you’ve come to the right place.
I help SaaS companies by designing, developing, and executing SEO strategies that increase revenue, signups, and demos through organic search.
Building B2B SaaS Companies with SEO and Content Marketing
You don’t want another B2B SaaS SEO agency that will string you along and act like your SEO needs 3 more months to work.
In some cases, I can increase your traffic in just 1 month.
When you partner with me, we’ll set KPIs from the beginning that determine if your SEO is actually working.
So we can ignore things like your domain authority and keyword rankings and focus on things like:
- Customer acquisition cost
- Organic Revenue
- LTV
- Non-branded traffic
- Qualified leads
Grow Revenue Without Having to Rely on Additional Ad Spend
My main goal as an independent SEO consultant is to help you reduce acquisition costs while growing brand awareness for your decision makers.
For every content strategy and SEO project, I help B2B SaaS brands build long-term organic growth strategies that generate qualified leads at a much lower customer acquisition cost.
I’ll work closely with your team to drive qualified traffic that targets ideal customers that can turn into:
- Inbound Leads
Signups
Product demo request
Free Trials
SQLs
Software companies need to target decision-makers, not high-volume keywords
Your decision makers first need to know about your brand before they choose to work with you.
I’ll work with your marketing team to build a SaaS SEO content marketing funnel targeting keywords at each stage of your audience’s buyer’s journey.
While SEO is rarely a demand generation channel, I’ll work with your marketing and sales team to turn your SEO into a solid lead generation and customer acquisition channel.
I can also work directly with your SEO team if you need more guidance on what to focus on.
The goal is to target decision makers at each stage of their buying process, and position your SaaS as a worthwhile solution.

Frequently Asked Questions about my SEO Services
An SEO consultant can’t guarantee instant results or specific rankings, generate irrelevant traffic, resolve complex web development issues, or directly increase sales without a coordinated strategy across marketing, sales, and customer service.
What they can help with is fixing broken SEO strategies, increasing conversion rates, helping you target relevant keywords and sometimes, content creation.
It all depends on your business goals, your typical sales cycle, your industry, and the current marketing channels you’re using.
My role is to help you make more informed decisions when it comes to your SEO strategy and marketing efforts as a whole.
As for the specific things I can manage, usually this falls under content optimization, link building, content planning, keyword research, finding internal link opportunities, and technical SEO.
I’ve even helped a few clients launch digital PR campaigns.
I’m also very familiar with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, so I can help set up conversion tracking if you haven’t done so already.
A consultant can be limited in a few areas.
While I don’t usually manage content marketing campaigns for you, I can usually work directly with your content writers to create content that we can see the most value from.
With that being said, I do package my services where I can manage the content creation process if you don’t have a team of internal content writers.
Just by myself as a consultant, it’s hard for me to take on the role as an editor, so I’ll usually lean on your team for creating high quality content.
I can provide full service SEO if requested. You can view the packages on my pricing page to see which service might be right for you.
For a SaaS SEO strategy, usually we see results in 3 to 6 months.
Sometimes we can see results in 1-3 months.
This all depends on your blog content, existing search engine rankings, and your current sales funnel.
There’s so much vanity we can focus on in SEO, but overall, the goal is to turn visitors into leads.
Yes, you can just do an SEO audit.
This audit acts as an SEO audit, content audit, technical audit, backlink audit, and conversion rate optimization audit.
During my SEO audits, we’ll look at opportunities for quick wins, product page updates, underperforming content, and AI-produced content that needs to be rewritten.
My content audits are very similar. Here, we’ll look for ways to update your blog content with a more product-led approach, content consolidation opportunities , and ways we can improve overall content quality.
Lastly, for my backlink audits, this looks at your backlink profile, competitor backlinks, broken backlinks, and easy opportunities we can go after for new inbound links.
These audits basically take a wide range look at your website to see what opportunities we have and the issues that are currently affecting your sites SEO.
My audits will mostly focus on SEO, but will help put together a roadmap on your full inbound marketing strategy.
SEO doesn’t operate in a silo, especially for SaaS companies, so we have to target as many touchpoints as possible for an effective SEO strategy.
The one difference between me and SEO and digital marketing agencies is that I help right your ship when it comes to SEO. Agencies are great when you need help scaling, but my services are designed to help SaaS companies grow while they have all existing pieces in place. I’ll work with your internal marketing team to ensure we’re focusing on the right things. My SEO services are designed to be personalized to each company I work with vs applying a cookie-cutter SEO strategy across all accounts.
My SEO services are based around finding future customers interested in your solution at the lowest acquisition cost.
Not every SaaS company is going to see the value from SEO.
If you have existing demand around your product/solution, it will be significantly easier to create an SEO strategy that will help your ideal audience find you.
The goal is to capture results in the form of a marketing funnel from your marketing efforts.
A successful SEO strategy is always based around your other marketing channels.
If you’re operating in a competitive industry, it will be harder to see results from SEO, but I can still advise on the SEO tactics where you’ll see the most growth from.
